We’ve wrapped up PAM SUMMIT 2026, held under the theme Leading with Empathy, Delivering with Purpose – and it showed just how much a team can achieve when it leads with empathy! Thank you to everyone who joined us to share experiences, ask bold questions, and connect with the people behind every requirement, roadmap, and deadline. Those conversations – not the slides – were the true heart of this year’s edition. Your openness and willingness to build real connections proved that empathy isn’t a “soft” skill, but a genuine driver of results.
