Michael Coleman

Michal is the Global Program Manager for Project Management Learning responsible for ensuring that the right learning is available to any IBMer who needs to develop their PM skills. He has worked in Learning since 2010 and prior to that spent 22 years working in a wide range of technical and managerial roles in IBM’s Software development organization.

Before joining IBM he studied Mathematics at the University of Oxford and, in addition to his role in learning, is IBM’s university relationship manager responsible for nurturing and developing links and collaboration between IBM and Oxford.

Mark Kozak-Holland

Mark is a successful certified practicing consultant and project manager (PMP, IPMA-D, Cert.APM) with over 32 years’ experience in field of IT. He specializes in helping organizations evaluate how emerging technologies can impact their business. Mark puts a different spin on complex business problems by applying lessons from history. In his book series, Lessons-from-History, he uses relevant historical case studies to examine how projects and emerging technologies of the past solved complex problems. Mark believes that history has great relevance in business today. A good analogy helps to simplify, frame and put today’s complex projects into context. It builds up a better understanding and enhances reader retention. Mark has recently completed a PhD with the Salford Business School at the University of Salford (UK) and is a regular guest lecturer at a number of universities.

Mark developed the Lessons-from-History series as he is very passionate about history and sees its potential use as an education tool in business today.

Mark delivers seminars and workshop for project managers, business professionals, and decision makers, and routinely speaks at conferences, chapter meeting, and at organizations and businesses.

Stefan Bossuwé

Being passionate about business analysis, Stefan Bossuwé founded together with a small group of business analysis enthusiasts the IIBA® Brussels Chapter (covering Belgium and Luxembourg) in 2009, where he got appointed as Chairman.

He has followed several business analysis trainings, including the indispensable ‘Mastering the Requirements Process’ workshops (Volere), given by Suzanne and James Robertson. Stefan became in 2012 the very first Certified Business Analysis Professional™ (CBAP®) in Belgium and Luxembourg. He has got more than 25 years of experience in various roles and in a wide range of different business domains.

Stefan firmly believes in the importance of business analysis and spends much of his time in promoting the business analysis profession. Giancarlo Duranti

Giancarlo Duranti is a Project Manager and Business Analyst Practitioner. He is PMP(R), PgMP(R), PMI-PBAsm, CBAP(R), PSM(R), ITIL v3(R), COBIT5(R) certified. He has been working in theCommunication Wire-line & Wireless industry for over 25 years and he is well experienced in managing projects in different international and national business contexts. Giancarlo has consulted for overseas companies in Brazil, Cuba and US.

His international experience, perception and sensitivity to other cultures gave him the opportunity to understand insights about managing multicultural team issues. He is also a trainer for project management, business analysis and soft skills. Simone Jo Moore

Michał Kasprzyk helps leaders in getting their messages across to their peers via public speaking. He works with individual clients helping them prepare for specific speeches and with groups developing their presentation skills. He’s a speaker who’s a part of the TED community and his passion for speaking came during the 5 years of organizing TEDxWroclaw. He worked for Skanska, BZ WBK, Dolby, Tieto, Mercedes and more. Kaimar Karu

After commencing his studies in philosophy in the late nineties, Kaimar decided to add a practical element to his life (and to pay his bills) by turning his IT hobby into a career. His roles in technical support and software development led to the world of project management, and he took on the task of setting up a PMO for a government agency.
